Hourly rate: £14.82
Working hours: 37 Monday-Friday
Location: Landmark House, Ipswich IP1 5PF/ Hybrid 2 days
Contract: 3-6 months
Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Suffolk County Council for a Business Support Coordinator to Co-ordinate processes providing a range of administrative and financial duties supporting the delivery of services within the MASH department.
The MASH receives all Child referrals and Adult Safeguarding Referrals, gathering relevant partner agency information to determine the most appropriate course of action and to ensure referrals are passed to a children’s social care team in a timely way.
Responsibilities will include:
*Day to day management of specific processes carried out in service area including administrative, financial, IT and HR processes.
*Data gathering and preparation
*Triage referrals for safeguarding and providing feedback on referrals
*Producing daily stats for the team
*Producing letters and responding to incoming communication
*General admin support including room bookings and stationary ordering
*Diary management, making appointments, arranging and preparing for meetings and taking minutes.
