Introduction
We are recruiting for an experienced and reliable Groundwork Foreman to join a well-established groundwork contractor based in Gloucester. The role will involve overseeing groundwork operations on commercial projects, coordinating site teams, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
The company is currently operating across Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire, delivering a variety of residential, commercial, and civil projects. If you have experience within these sectors, we would be keen to hear from you.
The Role
*Leading and coordinating daily groundwork activities
*Reading and interpreting site drawings and plans
*Ensuring health and safety compliance across site
*Supervising groundwork teams and subcontractors
*Working efficiently as part of a team
Requirements
*Previous experience in groundworks is essential
*Valid CSCS card
*Full UK driving licence
*SMSTS/ SSSTS
*First aid
