Overview
We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to support a global Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) transformation, implementing One Identity Identity Manager.
You will play a key role in defining and standardising Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes across multiple regions and business units, working closely with HR, Technology, Security teams, and a System Integrator.

Roles & Responsibilities
*Lead discovery and documentation of global JML processes
*Map current and future state identity lifecycle processes
*Gather and define business and technical requirements
*Capture integration requirements (HR systems, SIEM, PAM, ITSM, AD/Entra)
*Support application onboarding, role modelling, and access policies
*Document data flows, attribute mappings, and provisioning rules
*Work with global stakeholders to align regional and business requirements
*Support UAT planning and execution
*Produce key documentation (BRDs, user stories, process maps)

Skills & Experience
*Strong experience as a BA on IGA programmes (One Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt)
*Knowledge of identity lifecycle, JML, and access governance
*Experience working in large, complex global environments
*Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills
*Experience with HR systems and identity integrations
*Understanding of identity data models and provisioning workflows
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
*Analytical mindset with ability to identify risks and dependencies

*Location: London (3 days onsite)
*IR35: Inside
*Rate: £550 - 650 P/D
