Full job descriptionWe are recruiting for a Utilities Administrator to join a busy utilities team on a 3-month temporary contract. This role would suit someone with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work at pace in a fast-moving environment.

You will be supporting a team that manages utility services across a large property portfolio, handling utility-related administration, supplier queries, resident enquiries, and internal requests.

Key Responsibilities*Entering utility bill information accurately into internal systems
*Handling incoming calls from suppliers, residents, and internal colleagues
*Liaising with utility providers, local authorities, contractors, and other external parties
*Supporting residents with utility-related issues, including off-service matters
*Requesting meter information from property teams
*Assisting with supplier queries, disputed bills, and debt-related cases
*Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required
*Helping to report on KPIs and ensure work is completed within agreed timescales
Skills & Experience Required
*Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy
*Confident telephone manner and good customer service skills
*Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
*Good communication and organisational skills
*Basic IT skills, including Word and Excel
*A proactive, problem-solving approach
*Able to work independently and support colleagues when needed
