Full job descriptionWe are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Poole, who are recruiting for a Repairs Administrator on a six-month fixed term contract.


The position is due to start immediately, and the annual salary for the role is £27,790.02.


The ideal candidate will have experience within a fast-paced repairs or scheduling environment, with the ability to efficiently manage and allocate appointments while maintaining a strong customer focus.


They will be organised and proactive, capable of managing operative diaries to maximise productivity and ensure service standards are consistently met.


Duties will include (but are not limited to):
*Scheduling and allocating repair appointments efficiently, with the customer at the centre of every decision
*Managing operative diaries to maximise productivity and meet customer expectations
*Keeping customers informed and ensuring appointments are delivered as promised from start to finish
*Updating relevant systems to support a reliable and transparent service in adherence to best working practices


Working hours:
*37.5 hours per week
*Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (Flexible)
*5 days a week in the office
