What You’ll Be Doing
*Leading end-to-end audit and accounts assignments across a varied client portfolio
*Reviewing technical work and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
*Managing and developing junior and mid-level team members
*Supporting workflow planning and resource allocation
*Acting as a senior escalation point for technical and client matters
*Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across processes and delivery
*Supporting client relationships and ensuring a high level of service delivery

*Strong background within professional services, ideally in practice
*Proven leadership experience managing teams and reviewing technical work
*Significant tenure in previous roles, demonstrating stability and progression
*Strong technical knowledge across audit and accounts preparation
*Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
*ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent experience
*Ability to operate in a busy, quality-driven environment
