Data Protection Office, DPO, Financial Services, Insurance, Data Protection Act, GDPR, Data Governance, Control Frameworks, Data Privacy, AML, SMCR, Data Quality.
A leading Insurance business are currently seeking a DPO to join them on a permanent basis in London. The role requires leadership and stakeholder management skills, alongside expert knowledge of the Data Protection Act and GDPR. Previous experience working as a DPO or Deputy DPO is mandatory.
£100,000 - £120,000 + Bonus and Benefits Package
Essential Requirements;
*Experience working as a DPO or Deputy DPO in a Financial Services business
*Data Protection Leadership experience - including oversight of data governance, data quality and data protection
*Proven track record of managing multiple data ecosystems
*Expert knowledge of the Data Protection Act and GDPR
*Deep understanding of FCA Frameworks
*Strong understanding of the privacy, governance, and accountability requirements relating to AI Systems
*Very strong verbal and written communication skills
