2 Line Support, IT Support, Service Desk, Office 365, Microsoft Office, Mobile Configuration, ITIL,, Service Management, Investment Management, Financial Services.
A leading Investment Management business are currently seeking a 2 Line IT Support Engineer to join them on a 6 month initial contract in London. The role requires prior 2 line support experience in Investment Management or a similar Financial Services business.
£300 - £325pd via Umbrella or PAYE
Essential Requirements:
*Experience working as a 2 line IT Support Engineer
*Experience working in mostly an office-based IT Support function
*Good knowledge of Windows & Mac operating systems, Office 365, Microsoft Office packages, iPads, Printers and a good understanding of IT generally
*Skill or experience working with mobile devices such as mobile phones and tablets
*Knowledge of iOS configuration and support of Apple devices including iPhone, iPad and MacBook and familiarity with Mobile Device Management solutions.
*Knowledge of service management tools e.g., ServiceDesk Plus, SNOW, etc
*Very strong communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
*Knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures - ITIL Foundation Certificate is desirable
