C&C Search is currently recruiting an HR Operations / HR Generalist opportunity within a growing and highly collaborative creative business based in Richmond.
This is a broad and hands-on HR role with exposure across the full employee lifecycle. The environment is fast, energetic and evolving, so we are looking for someone who enjoys operating at pace, building relationships and being a true go-to person across the business.
You will support across:
HR Operations
Employee lifecycle management
Recruitment coordination
HR systems and processes
Culture and engagement initiatives
People administration and HR support
We are looking for someone who:
Is operationally strong and highly organised
Enjoys a varied and busy environment
Has excellent communication and stakeholder skills
Is proactive, solutions-focused and adaptable
Loves working closely with people and teams
Has experience within media, sports, creative or fast-growth businesses
