*Care Assistant Needed – High-Demand Support (Colchester & Essex Area)
*£12.50 – £15.00 per hour (Plus holiday pay and pension)
Are you a compassionate, reliable Care Assistant looking for a rewarding role with total flexibility?
We are currently recruiting dedicated Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our agency team. We support a wide network of reputable residential care homes and nursing facilities across Colchester and the wider Essex region.
Whether you want to work full-time hours, earn extra cash on weekends, or pick up flexible day/night shifts around your family, we have immediate starts available for the right candidates!

Your Core Responsibilities:
*Provide high-quality personal care, including dressing, washing, and toileting, with dignity and respect.
*Assist residents with mobility, using hoists and slide sheets safely where required.
*Support residents during meal times, ensuring nutritional and hydration needs are met.
*Assist with daily activities to promote resident well-being and independence.
*Maintain accurate, clear care records and report any changes to the Senior Carer or Nurse on duty.
Requirements:
*Minimum of 3–6 months of recent paid experience working in a UK care home or healthcare setting.
*A warm, empathetic nature with excellent communication skills.
*Up-to-date mandatory training certificates (or a willingness to complete refresher courses with us).
*An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to undergo a new check).
*Right to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship for this temporary role).
