8am to 4.30pm (with flexibility)
Liberty Property Maintenance (Part of WPS Group) are looking for a Groundworker to join our growing responsive maintenance team in delivering essential works across social housing properties.

Your Day to Day, What You’ll Do as our Groundworker
*Carrying out general groundworks across social housing properties
*Brickwork, concreting, and tarmacking
*Venting and external repair works
*Working across multiple sites as a mobile/ transient worker
*Using a PDA/ mobile device to manage jobs and schedules
*Completing works in line with schedule of rates
*Liasing with customers, Site Supervisors and colleagues to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
What You’ll Need as our Groundworker
*Time served experience ground working
*Proven ability to carry out a range of construction and groundwork tasks
*Experience working within social housing (Desirable)
*Ability to work independently and manage your own jobs
*Comfortable using a PDA Mobile device for job management
*Full UK driving license
