The Role
We are urgently recruiting experienced Support Workers for consistent, flexible agency shifts. This role is ideal for dedicated care professionals who enjoy working across multiple services, including domiciliary care routes, supported living, and residential settings.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver high-quality, person-centred care according to individual care plans.
*Assist with personal care, medication administration, and daily living tasks.
*Travel across community-based domiciliary care routes.
*Support individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or complex care requirements.
*Maintain accurate daily records and follow strict safeguarding procedures.
Requirements
*Experience: Minimum 6 months of recent UK care experience (residential or community).
*Driving: Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
*Compliance: Right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
*Mandatory Training: Up-to-date certificates (or willingness to complete) in:
*Moving & Handling
*Safeguarding Adults
*Medication Management
*Infection Control
Desirable Skills
*Experience managing challenging behaviour, mental health, or autism.
*PMVA or CPI training certificates.
*Experience working independently out in the community.
