Are you an experienced Care Manager looking for a supportive environment where you can truly put residents first? We are seeking a dedicated, forward-thinking Registered Care Home Manager to lead a passionate team in the Middlesbrough area.

The Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will take overall operational responsibility for the service. Your daily duties will include:
*Providing high-quality leadership to the care, nursing, and support teams.
*Ensuring full compliance with all CQC regulations and local authority guidelines.
*Managing budgets, occupancy levels, and staff rotas efficiently.
*Building trusted relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare professionals.
*Driving continuous improvement to achieve or maintain a "Good" or "Outstanding" CQC rating.
What We Are Looking For (Essential Criteria):
*Qualifications: NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
*Experience: A proven track record as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager looking to step up.
*CQC Knowledge: Strong, up-to-date knowledge of CQC inspection frameworks and safeguarding procedures.
*Passionate Leader: Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain staff.
