An exciting opportunity has arisen for a paralegal to join a well-established Residential Conveyancing team based in Edinburgh. This role offers the chance to work within a collaborative and supportive environment, assisting on a broad range of residential property transactions.

As the successful candidate, you will support solicitors with the day-to-day management of conveyancing matters, helping to ensure a high standard of client service throughout the transaction process.
Key Responsibilities
*Assisting with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
*Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
*Drafting LBTT returns and registration documentation
*Ordering title documentation and property reports
*Liaising with clients, agents and third parties
*Supporting file management and transaction progression
*Maintaining accurate records and internal systems
*Providing efficient and professional client service
About You
*Previous experience within residential conveyancing in Scotland
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Proactive and professional approach
*Strong team player with a client-focused mindset
*Relevant legal or paralegal qualification preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered
