About the Role
Are you an experienced Care Home Manager looking for a rewarding permanent role in Essex ? We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to take full operational and clinical responsibility for a reputable care home facility.
In this vital role, you will be the registered manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). You will lead a large care team, manage budgets, and ensure the home delivers the highest standard of person-centred care. Your goal will be to run a safe, compliant, and thriving home.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage the daily operations of the care home in line with CQC regulations.
*Lead, mentor, and develop the care, nursing, and support teams.
*Oversee care plans, medication management, and auditing processes.
*Market the home to maintain occupancy levels and manage the budget.
*Build strong relationships with residents, families, and local authorities.
What We Need From You
*Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
*Experience: Proven track record as a Registered Manager with a "Good" or "Outstanding" CQC history.
*Skills: Strong leadership, financial awareness, and deep knowledge of care standards.
*Compliance: Right to work in the UK and a clean Enhanced DBS check.
