Full job descriptionThis role would suit someone with a background in Accounts Payable within the construction industry, particularly with experience handling subcontractor payments and working knowledge of CIS requirements.


Working within a busy finance function, responsibilities will include:
*Processing subcontractor invoices and payments
*Managing subcontractor verification and deductions
*Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
*Supplier statement reconciliations
*Supporting the wider Accounts Payable function
*Handling supplier and subcontractor queries
*Assisting with payment runs and month-end processes
The successful candidate will:
*Have previous experience dealing with subcontractor payments and CIS processes
*Come from an Accounts Payable or finance background
*Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Be confident working in a fast-paced environment
*Short notice period is preferable
*Have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
