Description
*Manage calendars and schedule meetings for a team of circa 6-7
*Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
*Handle travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
*Maintain and organise filing systems, both digital and physical.
*Respond to emails and phone calls professionally and promptly.
*Assist in organising events and team activities.
*Provide general administrative support to the secretarial and business support team.
*Ensure confidential information is handled with discretion and professionalism.
Profile
A successful PA should have:
*have worked in a similar fast paced role
*A strong understanding of administrative and organisational processes.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
*An eye for detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
*A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
*A professional attitude and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Job Offer
£30,000 to £35,000 (depending on the candidate) plus benefits
