We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded GP practice in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, who are looking to welcome an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, patient-focused practice serving approximately 12,800 patients, where you’ll play a key role in medicines optimisation, improving patient outcomes, and delivering high-quality clinical care within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.
You’ll be joining a friendly and experienced team of 37 staff members, including GPs, Practice Nurses, ANPs, HCAs, pharmacists, reception, and administrative staff. The practice prides itself on its collaborative culture, supportive leadership, and commitment to staff wellbeing and development.
Working closely alongside GPs, pharmacists, and the wider PCN team, you’ll deliver patient-facing clinical services while receiving ongoing support from a Senior Clinical Pharmacist and GP supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:*Undertake structured medication reviews and manage polypharmacy
*Support patients with long-term conditions
*Deliver patient-facing clinics and medication reviews
*Provide expert medicines advice to clinicians and patients
*Reconcile medicines following hospital discharge
*Lead on medicines optimisation and prescribing safety initiatives
*Contribute to medicines safety and clinical governance
*Support prescribing and quality improvement projects
*Deliver education and training to practice staff
Requirements:To be considered for this role, you must:
*Hold an MPharm qualification (or equivalent)
*Be registered with the GPhC
*Have experience working within Primary Care or General Practice
*Have completed the CPPE pathway, or be willing to work towards this with practice support
*Independent Prescriber qualification (V300) desirable but not essential
This is a practice-based, patient-facing role with some flexibility required for occasional extended hours outside of core practice times.
