Full job descriptionBased in a small but busy office you will be part of a team providing a service to other businesses within Kent.
Duties will include (but not limited to)
*Administration relating to sales
*Researching business details to generate leads for the sales team
*Data Entry onto system to ensure sales information is up to date and accurate.
*Creation of media to advertise business services.
*Creating campaigns to send emails and mailshots to businesses.
*Creation of online questionnaire to get feedback and collect survey data.
*Social media campaigns, monitoring and analysing data.
*Making and answering telephone calls.
*Initial calls to businesses to gain data and information in regards to their current usage of a service provider.
*Greeting people face to face.
*Placing job adverts online.
*CV Searching and matching skills.
This role focuses on customer service, sales and data entry.
You will need to be
*Organised and able to multi task
*Confident, friendly
*Good IT, English and Maths skills
*Reliable with good time keeping
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED
Previous experience in the same or similar role is not required.
You do need to be someone who is confident in speaking to people both in person and on the phone. You need to be someone who can think outside the box and enjoy learning new things.
APPRENTICESHIP
We can be flexible with the apprenticeship being offered, generally these would be Customer Service / Office Admin / Data Technician courses. They generally last 18 months with full training and dedicated hours per week to ensure you meet requirements.
WORKING HOURS
Monday - Friday
9am - 5pm
There is free parking on site and we are located centrally very near to Gravesend Train Station.
