Location: Avonmouth, Bristol Salary: £27,279 + OTE approx. £32,735 Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours (9 – 5 pm / 8 – 4 pm)

What You’ll Be Doing*Driving outbound sales - high-volume calling to generate new business and convert warm leads.
*Handling inbound enquiries - turning customer requests into confirmed sales.
*Building a strong pipeline - managing smaller opportunities with disciplined follow-up.
*Delivering great service - clear pricing, accurate info, smooth customer journeys.
*Keeping CRM up to date - logging calls, tracking leads, recording conversions.
*Spotting upsell opportunities - recommending additional services where relevant.
