Job Description:
Full job descriptionMy client is seeking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive HR team on a temporary assignment with a possibility to go to permanent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on, fast-paced HR role and wants to be part of a collaborative and well-structured team.
Cambridgeshire (On-site flexibility may be considered longer-term)
Immediate Start
£17.95 per hour
The Role Reporting into the Head of HR, you’ll be responsible for:
*Coordinating recruitment processes and system set-ups
*Managing the shared HR in box (first point of contact)
*Supporting on boarding & compliance (references, DBS checks)
*Assisting with employee benefits administration
*Liaising with stakeholders and hiring managers
*Providing general HR coordination and HR admin support
What They’re Looking For*Previous experience in an HR Coordinator (or similar) role
*A proactive, organised, and hands-on approach
*Strong communication skills and attention to detail
*A team player with a positive, supportive mindset
