We are partnering with a leading international professional services organisation seeking an experienced Deputy Treasurer to join its high-performing global Treasury function. This is a broad and commercially focused leadership role offering significant exposure across liquidity, funding, financial risk management, banking strategy and treasury transformation.
Working closely with the Group Treasurer and senior leadership team, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting treasury strategy, optimising global cash and funding structures, enhancing controls and driving operational efficiencies across a complex international environment.


Key Responsibilities
*Support the oversight and execution of the Group Treasury strategy
*Manage global liquidity, cash flow forecasting and working capital initiatives
*Oversee banking relationships, facilities and treasury service providers
*Support funding, refinancing and capital structure activities
*Manage FX, interest rate and counterparty risk exposures
*Drive treasury transformation, automation and process improvement initiatives
*Ensure strong treasury governance, controls and policy adherence
*Support treasury reporting, board materials and stakeholder presentations
*Partner closely with Finance, Tax, Legal and operational business teams globally
*Mentor and develop Treasury team members


Candidate Profile
*Significant Treasury experience within a multinational corporate or professional services environment
*Strong expertise across cash management, liquidity, debt, FX and treasury risk management
*Experience managing complex banking structures and treasury operations internationally
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at senior level
*Treasury systems and transformation experience advantageous
*ACT qualification (AMCT/FCT) preferred
*Commercially minded, analytical and capable of operating within a fast-paced environment
