You will bring:

*Experience supporting managers on employee relations matters
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
*Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive issues
*A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement
*CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) is essential.
Why join us?
*Join a growing, people-focused organisation
*Be part of a supportive and collaborative People Services team
*Make a real impact on colleague experience and organisational success
*Access ongoing professional development and career progression
*Benefit from a competitive package, including generous leave and pension
