We are partnering with a high-growth FinTech business seeking a commercially minded Senior Treasury Analyst to join its expanding Treasury function. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, technology-driven environment where Treasury plays a critical role in supporting growth, liquidity management and operational scalability.
Working closely with senior Treasury leadership, you will gain broad exposure across cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking operations, payments, financial risk and treasury transformation initiatives within a complex international business.


Key Responsibilities*Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity and funding requirements
*Prepare and enhance short and medium-term cash flow forecasts
*Support treasury operations across multiple currencies and banking partners
*Monitor liquidity, FX and counterparty risk exposures
*Produce treasury reporting, analysis and management information
*Support bank relationship management and banking structure optimisation
*Assist with payment flows, cash pooling and treasury process improvements
*Participate in treasury projects including systems, automation and process transformation initiatives
*Work closely with Finance, Payments, Operations and external banking partners


Candidate Profile*3–7 years’ Treasury experience within FinTech, Financial Services or a multinational corporate environment
*Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting and treasury operations
*Exposure to payments, banking platforms and multi-currency environments preferred
*Experience with Treasury Management Systems and strong Excel skills
*Analytical, commercially aware and solutions focused
*Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
*ACT qualifications (or studying towards) advantageous
