• An established law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy property team.
• You will be managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Proactively progress transactions through exchange and completion
• Deliver excellent client service throughout the process
• Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships
• The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience handling your own caseload of transactions
• You will be able to demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills
• Client-focused with a proactive approach
