Job Description:
Full job descriptionAxon Moore is delighted to be partnering with a well-established business based in West Manchester to recruit a Part-Time Finance Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability and flexibility within a supportive finance team.
The role would suit either an experienced finance professional looking for part-time hours or someone with strong administration experience wanting to build their exposure within finance.
Location: West Manchester
Hours: 15 hours across 2 days
Salary: £26,500 pro rata + Benefits
Main duties:
• Process invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HMRC requirements
• Check and process self-bill invoices, resolving any issues with regional contacts where required
• Upload invoices onto customer portals in a timely manner
• Monitor finance inboxes and respond to queries appropriately
• Update finance systems and maintain accurate customer records
• Support reporting duties using SAP and Excel
• Assist the wider finance team with general administration and ad hoc tasks as required
Person specification:
• Previous experience within finance administration, invoicing, accounts or office administration
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communication skills and ability to manage queries effectively
• Reliable and proactive approach with the ability to work independently
• Looking for a long-term part-time opportunity within a supportive business
