Job OpportunityAs a Service Advisor, you’ll be the trusted link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring every interaction reflects the Porsche standard of excellence.
*Deliver first-class customer service, managing all servicing and repair needs with care and precision.
*Communicate clearly and confidently with customers, keeping them informed throughout their journey.
*Work closely with the Workshop Manager to ensure timely and high-quality completion of all work.


Essential Skills*Previous experience in a Service Advisor role is essential for this role.
*A Full UK Driving Licence is also essential for this position.
*A natural communicator with outstanding listening skills and a genuine passion for customer care.
*Organised, adaptable, and confident-ready to thrive in a busy, energetic setting.
*Professional, presentable, and knowledgeable about automotive products and services.
