Daily Duties
*Oversee the technical development and coordination of projects through various RIBA stages
*Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
*Collaborate closely with internal architectural, engineering, and design teams
*Coordinate and manage project information using Revit and BIM processes
*Ensure all designs comply with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards
*Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction phases
*Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project delivery
*Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team
Ideal Candidate
*Extensive experience working as an Architectural Technologist within a UK-based practice
*Strong technical expertise with a proven track record of project delivery
*Proficient in Revit and experienced in BIM-led workflows
*Previous experience within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment would be advantageous
*Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction methods, and detailing
*Strong organisational, communication, and coordination abilities
*Able to manage workloads independently while supporting wider team objectives
*Relevant qualification or degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
