Location: Speke, L24
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, 30 min unpaid daily break
Contract Type: Temporary, but likely to become permanent.
Pay Rate: £12.78 per hour, overtime available
Start Date: ASAP
Mandatory drug and alcohol tests.
We are supporting our client, a leading provider in modular accommodation solutions, offering a broad range of modular buildings for both hire and sale. Their structures meet temporary, semi-permanent, and permanent needs across various industries. Focused on quality, efficiency, and adaptability, they deliver innovative solutions tailored to meet diverse client requirements globally.
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on individual with a solid foundation in general DIY and maintenance skills, able to tackle a wide range of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
*Preparing surfaces and areas for painting
*Performing basic plumbing tasks
*Fitting windows and doors
*Handling general maintenance tasks as needed
*Using power tools safely and efficiently
*Removing and replacing flooring
*Installing and removing wall and ceiling panels
*Consistently maintaining high standards in line with client’s quality and customer expectations
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will be semi-skilled or multi-skilled, with experience in one or more of the following areas:
*Joinery
*Plumbing
*Electrical work
Ideal candidates will possess
*A practical approach to a variety of tasks, with an eye for detail
*Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
*Basic knowledge and experience in using power tools and performing minor repairs
*The ability to work independently and as part of a team
*A commitment to upholding quality standards and customer satisfaction
