*Proven leadership experience within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
*A strong track record of achieving business growth and profitability.
*Comprehensive knowledge of operational and financial management.
*Experience in developing and implementing strategic growth plans.
*Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
*A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Job Offer
*Base salary of up to £115,000
*Performance-based bonus of up to 25%.
