Full job descriptionA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join a well-established and highly regarded conveyancing team in Rugeley, Staffordshire. This is a full-time, permanent position offering hybrid working of 1 to 2 days from home, a highly competitive bonus scheme and the chance to join a firm known for its excellent culture and staff retention.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, with dedicated one-to-one support throughout. Our client will also consider a small team move for this conveyancer to bring their current assistant. Matters will include:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Transfers of equity
*Remortgages
*New build transactions
*Shared ownership matters

About You
To be considered for this Residential Conveyancer role, you will ideally have:
*At least 4 years’ PQE or equivalent experience - must be qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor
*Experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload
*The ability to work with minimal supervision
*Strong client care and communication skills
