Payroll Process Owner
*Lead the transformation of a global payroll function, driving strategy, standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement
*Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring consistent, efficient, and compliant delivery across multiple regions
*Establish governance frameworks, controls, and performance metrics to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory adherence
*Partner with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Technology to align payroll with wider business objectives
*Manage payroll vendors and technology platforms, optimising performance, scalability, and innovation
*Ensure compliance with global and local regulations, maintaining strong risk management and audit readiness
*Build and lead a high-performing global team, fostering capability development, accountability, and continuous learning

*Extensive experience leading global payroll operations and large-scale transformation in complex organisations
*Strong expertise in payroll processes, compliance, tax, and governance frameworks
*Proven delivery of process standardisation and optimisation initiatives
*Experience with payroll systems, HRIS, and vendor management
*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
*Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders
*High integrity and experience handling sensitive, confidential information
