Job Description:
Full job descriptionI’m currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Systems Subject Matter Expert, Workday.
This is a highly visible role, acting as the bridge between HR, IT, and international stakeholders, with a focus on driving system optimisation, data integrity, and process efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
*Acting as SME for Workday and Oracle
*First point of contact for HR systems queries
*Reviewing and improving HR system processes
*Managing system integrations (e.g. ADP, SailPoint, Oracle)
*Leading HRIS enhancements, projects, and testing
*Building automated reporting and dashboards
*Ensuring data accuracy across HR systems
We would love to see:
*Strong Workday experience (essential)
*Experience with HR systems, integrations, and data flows
*Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
*A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
