Full job descriptionAn exciting opportunity is available in our Brand Customer Service team. The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience and be passionate about providing a high standard of support to our client base.
Job Overview
Provide excellent customer service to both queries from customers and to general enquiries from non-account holders in a courteous and timely manner and to the customer’s complete satisfaction. Proactively work to improve the customer’s experience and deliver a service exceeding the customer’s expectations. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure the smooth running of the office. Accurate and timely completion of additional customer service and sales related tasks as and when they are set by the office manager.
Key Responsibilities
*Management of key customer accounts within the brands businesses
*Build strong working relationships with clients
*Answer expected level of incoming calls and handle customer enquiries methodically and professionally.
*Cross selling products to actively drive all current promotions.
*Process and key in customer purchase orders into our systems with accuracy and attention to detail
*Proactively call customers to offer alternatives to out of stock products and resolve any first line technical queries
*Communicate clearly with other departments to ensure customer orders and enquiries are fulfilled on time and to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
*Daily completion of additional customer service and sales related tasks as set by the Office Manager.
*General administration and electronic filing
*Ad hoc duties as required
Experience required
*Proficient in Outlook and Excel to an intermediate level
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Experience in a telephone-based customer service role
*Previous telephone-based sales experience
*Excellent in understanding and proven experience in using systems
Working hours
Mon to Thurs 8am to 5pm, Fri 8am to 4pm
Fully office based, onsite parking
