£27,000 - £30,000 equivalent

Dot Partners are working with a well-established business in Greater Manchester who need an experienced Credit Controller to join them on an ongoing temporary basis.
This is a straightforward credit control role, suited to someone who is immediately available, confident managing a ledger, and comfortable getting into the detail quickly.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for:
Chasing outstanding debt by phone and email
Managing a busy customer ledger
Resolving payment queries
Allocating cash and keeping records accurate
Liaising with internal teams to unblock issues
Building sensible relationships with customers to support prompt payment

What we’re looking for
Credit control experience is essential. This role needs someone who has done the job before and can start adding value quickly.
You’ll need to be confident speaking to customers, comfortable managing your own workload, and available to start at short notice.
