The Role
You’ll join a specialist Accountancy & Finance recruitment team, working with a broad range of clients from SMEs through to major national and international businesses.
This is a full 360 recruitment role where you’ll:
*Build and develop client relationships
*Source and interview high-quality candidates
*Manage the recruitment process from brief through to placement
*Generate new business opportunities
*Advertise vacancies and manage candidate pipelines
*Negotiate offers and close deals
*Become a market specialist within your sector
