*Develop and execute a comprehensive CS strategy to achieve business objectives.
*Lead and manage the CS team to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
*Ensure timely and active order processing within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
*Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
*Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
*Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations within the sales function.
*Support the implementation of a new CRM & Ticketing system
Profile
A successful Customer Service Manager should have:
*Experience in a similar Customer Service Leadership role
*Understanding of order management
*Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments
