Full job descriptionWe are looking for TEAM LEADERS to join a detail orientated packing team on a PERMANENT basis.
Working within the LUXURY BRANDS market, you will be:
*Leading a team of between 5 - 25 staff depending on demand / product.
*Training new members to a high standard by encouraging and leading by example.
*Dealing with issues and errors when needed.
*Escalating problems to the relevant person.
*Checking, packaging high end fashion garments, luxury eyewear, makeup and hampers.
*Ensuring paperwork matches to the physical goods
*Printing and applying labels
*Palletising goods ready for collection and dispatch
*Following internal processes and maintaining an organised work space.
In order to join the team ideally you need to be someone who:
*Has some relevant experience in running lines or teams before.
*Be a strong team player - be happy to muck in and work with the team.
*Be patient and understanding when training new team members.
*Keep a level head when busy or under pressure.
*Excellent attention to detail - accuracy and quality is very important!
*Reliable, dependable and proactive.
Working hours
Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 4.30pm
