A well-established UK logistics organisation operating within global airside and freight networks is seeking a Skyway Operations Planner to support its afternoon-to-evening control centre function in Luton.
This role sits within a specialist aviation logistics division handling time-critical domestic and international movements. You’ll be responsible for coordinating end-to-end job progression, ensuring operational accuracy and maintaining strong communication with customers throughout the lifecycle of each shipment.
What you’ll be doing*Managing freight movements from quotation through to final invoicing
*Coordinating transport bookings and operational scheduling
*Ensuring compliance with customs processes and aviation procedures
*Maintaining accurate records and operational documentation
*Providing proactive updates to customers on shipment progress
*Supporting smooth execution of time-sensitive logistics movements

*Ability to solve problems quickly and work under pressure
*Flexible and adaptable approach in a fast-moving environment
*Full UK driving licence (minor points may be considered)
*Consistent 5-year employment history with minimal gaps
*Eligible to work in the UK with no disqualifying convictions
