Senior Solution Architect / Enterprise Solution Architect/ Lead Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect
Overview of the role:
*Lead end-to-end solution design across platforms, aligning with business goals, enterprise architecture, and regulatory requirements
*Translate complex business needs into clear technology options and strategic recommendations
*Define and govern architecture standards, ensuring delivery aligns with design and reporting to stakeholders
*Maintain enterprise architecture blueprint and application portfolio, aligned to strategy and emerging technologies
*Support change prioritisation, assess initiatives, estimate epics, and contribute to business cases
*Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to drive scalable, cost-effective decisions
*Evaluate and integrate third-party solutions in line with architectural standards
*Champion innovation and continuous improvement in architecture practices and toolinG
Responsibilities:
End-to-End Solution Design*Lead design of integrated, multi-platform solutions aligned to enterprise architecture, business objectives, and regulatory requirements
*Collaborate with delivery teams and vendors to define, document, and communicate solution options and designs
Business Partnering*Translate complex business needs into clear technology options and recommendations
*Shape business change through architectural insight and technology innovation
*Provide expertise across the technology landscape, integrating existing and emerging solutions
Technology Leadership*Define and lead enterprise solution architecture strategy and governance
*Support enterprise prioritisation, including early-stage analysis and epic estimation
*Contribute to the enterprise architecture blueprint with Value Stream Technical Leads
*Maintain application portfolio views to support strategic decision-making
Experience needed:
*Demonstrate specialised depth and/or breadth of expertise in solution architecture and technical solution design covering hardware, software and integration technologies.
*Interpret internal/external challenges and recommend improvements to products, processes, or services.
*Knowledge of IT architecture principles & frameworks and their translation into solutions.
*Be aware of the latest technology landscape including design, tooling, development methodologies and delivery best practice.
