Shape the Future of a Modern Manufacturing Business!
Delighted to be partnering with a well-established, privately owned international manufacturing group known for its long-term, values-led approach and significant investment in people, technology and operations.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Business Partner to support a key northern region, covering a cluster of strategically important sites during a period of transformation and growth.

As HR Business Partner, you will:
* Partner with site leadership teams and senior managers to drive performance and capability
* Lead HR activity across multiple operational locations in the North
* Coach and develop managers in employee relations, performance and leadership capability
* Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters
* Support organisational change, integration and transformation initiatives
* Embed a consistent, values-driven people approach
* Provide leadership to on-site HR team members, ensuring effective delivery
Who we are looking for

You’ll bring:
* Strong employee relations expertise
* Experience supporting change, transformation or restructuring
* Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders
* A pragmatic, commercially focused mindset
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
* Experience leading or mentoring HR team members
Experience in manufacturing is beneficial, but candidates from logistics, FMCG, engineering, construction or similar sectors are equally encouraged to apply. Paying to £55k + car allowance
