Multi-Agency Working (ESSENTIAL)
Housing & Tenancy Sustainment (ESSENTIAL)
Administration & Compliance (ESSENTIAL)
Operational Responsibilities
About you:
*Proven experience supporting individuals with complex and multiple needs
*Strong background in:
*Safeguarding and risk management
*Multi-agency working
*Housing-related support and tenancy sustainment
*Experience handling crisis situations and challenging behaviour
*Ability to maintain accurate records and manage casework effectively
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
