This opportunity would suit an experienced Administrator looking to join a well-established financial planning business and play a key role supporting Advisers and clients.
Key Responsibilities*Supporting Financial Advisers with day-to-day administration
*Maintaining client records and back-office systems
*Preparing client review packs and valuations
*Managing provider correspondence and authority requests
*Diary and workflow management
*Processing investment and product transactions
*Assisting with general office administration and client servicing
About You*Previous experience within financial planning or wealth management administration
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Professional and client-focused approach
*Able to work independently within a small team
*Intelligent Office (iO) experience beneficial
