Full job descriptionYou will be tasked with overall responsibility for the production team of senior accountants and bookkeepers: training and developing them from a technical view while managing and review the workload.

A family owned accounting practice based in Nottingham but operating a hybrid working model that would require only one day in the office per week.
Description
*Review the work of the team: financial statements, taxation return, bookkeeping and payroll processing
*Training and development of less experienced team members
*Manage and plan the workload of the department
*Occasionally assist the client manager with client meetings and strategic planning / advisory services.
Profile
*Hold a relevant accounting qualification
*10+ years of experience working in practice
*Prior experience managing a team
*Experienced user of Xero and Quickbooks would be beneficial

*Hybrid working and a salary up to £75,000
