This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in students’ learning and development within a supportive school environment.
The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both teachers and students across the school. Your responsibilities will include:
*Providing in-class support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4
*Assisting the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
*Supporting students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
*Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
*Encouraging student participation and promoting confidence in learning
*Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
*A proactive, patient, and supportive approach
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*The ability to work effectively as part of a team
*A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
*Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are advantageous but not essential
