Shape, lead and scale a financial services recruitment function
Henlee Resourcing is exclusively partnering with a fast-growing financial services business to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its external recruitment function.
Reporting to the Director of Talent, this newly created role will lead a team delivering external recruitment across a portfolio of financial services partner organisations. The function supports multiple businesses, and this role will be key in scaling performance, capability and delivery.
This is a commercially focused leadership role requiring strong experience in partnership-based recruitment models, with the ability to drive performance in a target-driven environment and operate effectively within financial services.
You will ensure the team is consistently delivering against hiring targets across multiple partner accounts. Key responsibilities include:
*Leading, coaching and developing a Talent Acquisition team
*Driving performance, accountability and delivery standards
*Embedding effective recruitment processes within a partnership / RPO-style model
*Supporting growth across existing and new partner accounts
*Monitoring KPIs, SLAs and recruitment performance metrics
*Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
*Improving attraction strategies, candidate experience and delivery outcomes
*Ensuring delivery against time-to-hire and volume hiring targets
*Supporting team development and succession planning
About you
We are looking for a commercially minded recruitment leader with experience in partnership recruitment, RPO or agency environments managing multiple client accounts. Financial services recruitment experience is highly desirable, particularly within IFA or regulated advisory environments.
Experience in RPO or agency recruitment is advantageous, especially where you have operated in sales-led environments with exposure to business development, account growth and client relationship management.
You will also have the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple organisations and strong leadership experience, including managing, coaching and developing high-performing recruitment teams within a multi-client or multi-partner model, with a focus on performance, accountability and delivery.
