About the RoleWe are looking for a highly creative and commercially minded Brand & Communications Executive to join a growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong storyteller and content creator who is passionate about building brands, delivering compelling communications, and creating engaging digital experiences.
You will play a key role in shaping and executing brand and communication strategies that drive visibility, engagement, and customer preference. Working across both B2B and consumer audiences, you will lead digital communications, social media activity, campaign messaging, and creative storytelling across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent copywriting skills, a strong understanding of digital channels, and experience in creating engaging, story-led content including video and film production.
Key Responsibilities*Support the development and execution of the brand and communications strategy to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and commercial growth.
*Plan, create and manage communication schedules across digital channels, including websites, email campaigns, newsletters, and social media.
*Own and manage day-to-day social media activity, creating engaging content and maintaining consistent posting schedules.
*Develop compelling copywriting and storytelling across digital and marketing channels, ensuring all content is engaging, on-brand and commercially effective.
*Create and deliver communication strategies from concept to activation, including campaign planning, design briefs and execution.
*Lead creative content planning, including film and video production, storyboarding and scripting for campaigns and brand initiatives.
*Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality creative content and communications.
*Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining tone of voice, messaging and visual identity.
*Develop innovative campaign ideas to support business growth and customer engagement.
*Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure high standards of accuracy, quality and consistency.
*Support brand presence at industry events and trade shows when required.
*Prepare presentations and supporting materials for internal and external meetings.
*Manage shared marketing resources and upload relevant materials to internal platforms.
What We’re Looking ForWe are seeking someone who is highly creative, organised and proactive, with a passion for brand building and digital communications.
Essential Skills & Experience*3+ years’ experience in brand, communications, digital marketing, creative production or campaign-focused roles.
*Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling, audience-focused content.
*Excellent storytelling ability, bringing campaigns and brand messages to life across multiple channels.
*Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
*Experience in film production, including planning, storyboarding, scripting and supporting video creation.
*Experience developing and executing strategy from design, creation through to activation.
*Strong understanding of digital communications and marketing channels.
*Experience working with email marketing or social media management platforms (e.g. scheduling and communication systems).
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong attention to detail, particularly in editing and proofreading.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
*Experience with creative software is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications*Degree-level education or relevant industry qualification preferred.
*GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
*Demonstrable experience working in a similar role or professional office environment.
