Description
*Manage and maintain the sales ledger
*Raise invoices once approved by Finance Administration, ensuring accuracy and completeness
*Proactively chase outstanding debt via phone and email to ensure timely payment
*Build strong working relationships with clients
*Resolve invoice queries quickly and efficiently, liaising with internal teams where required
*Monitor aged debt and escalate issues where necessary
*Ensure accurate records of all communications and payment activity
*Support month-end processes and reporting requirements
*Assist within the wider accountancy department


Profile
*A successful Credit Control candidate will have experience in the above and be on short notice
Job Offer
*Hourly rate between £15.00 and £18.00, depending on experience.
*Temporary position offering flexibility and exposure in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
