Full job descriptionOrka Financial is seeking a commercially focused Senior Finance Business Partner to join their clients growing Finance team, based in Bracknell. Reporting into the FP&A Manager, working closely with senior stakeholders you will provide financial insight to help drive business performance.

*Partner with senior management teams to support financial planning and business performance.
*Produce and analyse monthly management information, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
*Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
*Provide commercial insight to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions.
*Develop financial models and business cases to support investment and growth opportunities.
*Work collaboratively with non-finance stakeholders to improve financial awareness and accountability.
*Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and reporting.
*Deliver clear and concise financial information to a range of stakeholders.
About You
*Accounting qualification or be nearing completion (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
*Strong experience within management accounting, financial analysis, or business partnering.
*Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence where appropriate.
*The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues.
*A proactive and commercially minded approach with strong analytical capability.
