A well-regarded commercial law firm is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to join its London office, supporting a busy and expanding practice.
This role offers a blend of work acting for employees and employers, including high profile corporate clients, combined with corporate support work.
The Role
*Lead on complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters
*Act as a key adviser on employment aspects of corporate transactions
*Provide supervision and guidance to junior lawyers
*Operate with a high degree of autonomy within a lean team
About You
*UK-qualified solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE
*Strong technical employment law expertise across a broad range of matters
*Confident managing workload independently in a fast-paced environment
*Strong client-facing skills and commercial awareness
